
Inch Loss Record
Below is my inch-loss record, which I’m recording weekly as I work on losing 150lbs on a carnivore-ish diet.
I began to log my bust, waist and hips measurements when I’d lost 43lbs (I was too depressed to bother before that). My first log was two days later on a Sunday, as I decided to measure myself every Sunday morning. Below this table is a more detailed daily log, showing inch loss for 26 parts of my body for those who are interested in how the inches came off in correlation with what I ate and my weight loss.
