Walking is my exercise of choice, which is fortunate as we live with a very bouncy Springer Spaniel. As part of my mission to lose 150lbs, I’m walking every day, a few times a day and intend to add in a few workouts as time goes on and my weight comes down. Here’s my exercise record, which starts at the point of me having lost 43lbs and weighing in at 280lbs:
